Interview conducted by Jessie L. Embry as part of the LDS Hispanic American Oral History Project by the Charles Redd Center for Western Studies at Brigham Young University on 7 March 1991. Meraz talks about her life in Southern California and Northern Mexico, her exeriences as a Mormon attending Brigham Young University, and the role of the Mormon Church in her family.
